Effaclar Micro-Exfoliating Astringent Toner for Oily Skin

This alcohol-based toner uses capryloyl salicylic acid to sweep away dead skin and residue after cleansing, aimed at people managing oily, congested skin. Glycerin and propylene glycol help offset the drying effect of the alcohol so it doesn't leave skin feeling tight. Meant as a step after the Effaclar cleanser and before moisturizer.
