Clarifying Face Lotion Toner 1 – Very Dry to Dry

Made for very dry to dry skin, this toner still carries a dose of alcohol denat. alongside witch hazel, salicylic acid, and acetyl glucosamine to lift away flakes without over-stripping. Sodium hyaluronate is added to offset moisture loss, and it's used with a cotton pad as step two of Clinique's 3-Step System, right before moisturizer.
