Clarifying Face Lotion 3 – For Combination Oily Skin

Formulated for combination to oily skin, this exfoliating toner leans on salicylic acid and witch hazel to clear away excess oil and dead surface cells that build up over the day. It's alcohol-based for a stronger clarifying effect than the drier-skin versions in the line and is meant to be swept on with a cotton pad twice daily as step two, after cleansing.
