Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Cleansing Oil

Lipikar AP+ is a foaming oil cleanser built for dry, sensitive skin, combining shea butter and glycerin to cushion the cleanse so it doesn't strip skin. Niacinamide is worked in to help support the skin barrier while sodium laureth sulfate and coco-betaine do the actual cleansing. It rinses to a light foam despite the oil base, which is the point of the format.
