Beheneth-25 is an ethoxylated behenyl alcohol with about twenty-five ethylene oxide units, a high-HLB nonionic surfactant. It stabilizes fluid oil-in-water emulsions, improves pourability, and helps incorporate water-miscible oils and aromas.
