Light Reflecting Eye & Lash Gel

This gel-serum is meant to work on both the eye area and lashes, using a peptide and sodium hyaluronate for smoothing and hydration, plus panthenol to help condition lashes. Light-diffusing silicones and camellia flower extract are in the base to give the under-eye a brighter, less tired look on application. It's applied with a wand along the lash line and pressed in under the eyes.
