Glimmer Balm

Glimmer Balm uses the same emollient ester base as Winky Lux's other balms, diisostearyl malate and hydrogenated polyisobutene among them, but adds shimmer through synthetic mica for a glossy, sparkly finish rather than a flat tint. Vanilla gives it a sweet scent, and it's built for shine over heavy color payoff.
